Since 1996 when we incorporated, RRG has assisted client organizations from diverse areas including transportation, information technology, finance, government, and academia with their software implementations, training initiatives, and documentation needs.

We find satisfaction in helping people learn new applications and becoming more effective in their work. We analyze organizational and employee performance situations and design appropriate training solutions, job aids, help files, or custom templates. To learn what is necessary for an organization's employees or clients to become successful, we work with subject matter experts, software developers, and end users. We also organize and manage large scale training projects that require team leadership, budgeting, and supervisory experience.
